This multi-level residential complex in Kingscliff, appropriately named ‘Dunes’ rests along a beautiful stretch of the Northern NSW coast – complete with a 6km oceanfront boardwalk and a short cycle away from Salt Village’s entertainment precinct.
The project’s eye catching façade is the result of a unique design using Interlocking Panels. The Interlocking panel system presents a range of axial dimensions to architects when designing facades to give a contemporary look.
The panels can be installed vertically, horizontally or diagonally and often used on modern architectural structures. This is due to the system’s ability to create sleek and clean looking facades with no visible fixings.
Along with the COLORBOND® steel roof installation, the cladding install was completed by the Skilled Roofing team, who spent seven months ensuring the project was delivered on time and on budget, with the highest degree of workmanship. The metal flashings and Interlocking panels were manufactured by both Lysaght and Architectural Roofing and Building Supplies in Ballina.
